Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe
Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: $3.99–$4.99 flat rate on all orders.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Shipping Delays
BrightStack is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@brightstackstore.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages
BrightStack is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us. We will do our best to help resolve the situation.
