Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We are working on expanding international shipping — stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat rate shipping of $3.99–$4.99 on all orders. Orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's site.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us at hello@brightstackstore.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us at hello@brightstackstore.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
