Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@brightstackstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at hello@brightstackstore.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on current availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items returned after the 30-day window, and items not in their original condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@brightstackstore.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case brightstack. will cover the cost of return shipping.
